How to numerically solve ordinary differential equations using Matlab?

Hi,how can i solve this ode numerically by Euler method and Runge-Kutta method using Matlab y'=2t+y ; y(0)=1 ;on [0,0.1]; number of steps n=5 and step size h=0.02 Thank You.
