PDE Simulation of Convection

I want to simulate a cable (cylinder) in free air. The wind (natural convection) plays a role in this. So I wanted to ask if the Partial Differential Equation Toolbox can simulate convection or flows around an object.

Although the PDE does not feature pre-defined equations for fluid flow (Navier-Stokes equations), you should be able to define them yourself using the Genral PDE formulation.
