Does clustergram fully work in a compiled matlab program?

Dear all,

In the near future I would like to compile a program that includes the clustergram class. This program is intended to be used in machines that doesn't have matlab installed.

My questions are:

1. Can the clustergram class be compiled and distributed in a custom program?

2. Will it retain the complete functionality, or it will be reduced?
