Trend lines and forcasts

I've got a ThingSpeak channel that I've created to track the percent fullness of my house's propane tank.

I'd like to add a trendline to that graph and forcast when I'm going to hit like 20% full.

Is that something that is doable?

Certainly possible to use MATLAB and fit a curve through the data points and project the curve into the future to see where it might intersect a minimum threshold line where you want to initiate a refill. Take a look at this example .
