初期条件の設定について

View MATLAB Commandがpower_wind_dfig_detであるドキュメンテーションで説明に沿って初期値を再生成すると結果として得られるP,Qの初期条件が定常状態で始まってしまいます。これを定常状態ではなく、T=0のときから変動するように変更したいのですがどのように設定を変更するとできるようになりますか？
