Need some help setting up a matrix to contour plot

I have a 19X19 array that I need to set up in order to contour plot it. I'm very new at MATLAB and really have no clue as to how to set up the array in order to contour plot it.

Once you have created the array (call it "Z" for the moment) you can contour plot it using

contour(Z)

For example,

Z = [2 5 8;
     5 9 8;
     5 8 2;
     8 2 0]
plot(Z)
