Creating a BandPass filter/ normalized freq

I am having trouble converting hertz to normalized frequencies so I can design my band pass filter. What I need to convert is
Fst1 = 1000hz
Fp1 = 2190 Hz
Fst2 = 2250
I am also having trouble trying to find my Ast1,Ap and Ast2 ripples as well.
