Acquire Data and Generate Signals at the Same Time

I have a multifunction device, which is capable of both analog input and output. I've been using the legacy daq to synchronize output and input using RTSI. How do I achieve the same with session based DAQ?

This example is able to "running near simultaneous". But I want real simultaneous. Other examples are about multiple devices. http://www.mathworks.com/help/daq/examples/acquire-data-and-generate-signals-at-the-same-time.html
