Hello Anu,
These are the recommended system requirements for R2020a on Windows. 4 GB of RAM is the minimum required, but it is recommended to have 8 GB. However, "not working properly" could mean any number of things, so it's not certain that lack of RAM is causing the issue.
If you provide more detail about the issues you are facing, community members will be better able to suggest causes and solutions. Things to mention would be:
  • What is the issue? (error message, crash, slowness)
  • When does the issue occur? (installation, activation, startup, idle, running program, plotting)
  • What toolboxes do you have installed?
  • Do you have enough hard disk space (how much is free)?
  • Has any other version of MATLAB worked on this system? If so, what version?
  • Is there anything non-standard about the system you are using? (OS emulator, remote access, other programs running at the same time)

It's not open properly in core i3 7th generation
Please expand on what you mean "not open properly" ? How far do you get? Is there an error message?
