my friend sent me a program that he worked on, it bassicly transforms every value betwwen 0-10 inside the matrix to a color (green/red/blue black) and then puts it inside a new matrix that counts the max and min of colors every 15 minuts for 6 hours,so its 25 iterasion. the program is done and working on his computer so he sent me the code in a word file, i tried to copy the script to the command window but it gives me this error( its the first function in the program ) and i dont know why.

From the error it looks like you did not copy the files while have 'MatrixDinInput' . but try posting full code then only someone get the issue.

Why would someone share code in a word document? Why not use an .m file? That way you don't need to copy anything and you don't give word a chance to change anything.
