UDP communication with Target ?

Hi All ,
I have dsk 6455 board . I want to send data to the target from my host pc ("*using UDP* ) . the host model to send data runs at ridiculously fast pace. can any one suggest how to send data in real time ?
any kind of help will be appreciated.
