サンプリングされた２つの電圧信号からMatlabを使用して周波数応答（振幅・位相特性）を求める方法を教えて下さい。
また、周波数応答の平均化処理の必要性についても教えて下さい。

「周波数応答の平均化」については、上記URLの「pwelch 」が相当するかと思われますが、いかがでしょうか？
