Cannot find 'start page' in deep network designer

In the tutorials for deep network designer many of them show a 'start page' popping up after inputting deepNetworkDesigner, but mine doesnt. Also many of the screen shots show that on the 'Deep Network Designer' page next to the row that writes 'LAYER LiBRARY' there are three slots that write 'Designer' 'Data' and 'Training'. It really frustrates me since I have been trying to find these for a long time and it has obstructed me while learning with many of the tutorials. My matlab version is R2019b so I think it has all the functions. I know this question is very basic but please help.

As you are using R2019b version of MATLAB, please refer to the documentation of that release.
