I am not sure. I see from https://www.ni.com/en-ca/support/documentation/supplemental/13/ni-myrio-hardware-at-a-glance.html that the MSP connector is "identical to myDAQ", and I see from https://www.ni.com/en-ca/support/documentation/supplemental/13/ni-myrio-hardware-at-a-glance.html that myDAQ is supported, so maybe you could interface a myRio that way ??

Hi Vincent,
Currently MATLAB doesnt support NI myRIO.
This is already a known issue and concerned people are aware of it.
