Problem while compilation with mex command

Building with 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2019'.

Error using mex

nearest_neighbors.cpp

include file: 'lz4.h': No such file or directory

Inspect the line 9 of the mentioned file. Are you sure that this file has to be included in the file nearest_neighbors.cpp?
