Balanced Energy Consumption in Wireless Sensor Networks and Network Lifetime Increasing using Unequal Clustering

I am trying to find code for state of the art Unequal Clustered Routing Algorithms. Particularly if anyone would have code for Unequal Clustered Routing for Heterogeneous Nodes Code. UCR-H?

Also Why hasn't anyone tried to apply unequal clustering in 3D Wsns is it not important or nothings changes? I think the Divide and Rule techniques been applied to 2D context might end up totally different? Is it worth doing or no significance?

Are you sure no-one has tried it? Or is it just the case that no-one has posted code for it and no-one has managed to publish a journal article about it in any location that you have looked in?
