state space feedback and gain for SIMO SYSTEM

2 questions:

1. how do i create the F and C blocks

2. in my case i have a SIMO system with one input and 3 outputs. normally when you have one input and one output, the prefilter gain T is a scalar. in my case should it be a 3x3 matrix or is it just not relevant?
