This issue might be related to this bug: https://www.mathworks.com/support/bugreports/2076202
Without more information on the code, it is difficult to tell. It looks like the bug was fixed in R2020a. You can upgrade to this release.

Hi... we upgraded to the R2020a , and the error still happen...

If you are running analysis in the Polyspace user interface, the error message suggests adding the option
-cppfe-extra-flags --skip_il_check
In the Other field.
If that does not work, it might be best if you contact Technical Support. See Contact Technical Support About Issues with Running Polyspace.
