simulink measure error with source

im trying to meas a time response, first i proved my system without meas and the source signal was ok, then i add the a subsystem to meas, i put it like this

and connecting that blocks the source signal gets crazy but isn't suposed this to happend, the source is no being affected and my measure blocks also not give data to the system.

every help will be apreciated

Are the block diagrams in the two yellow subsystem blocks the same?

Can you attach a Simulink model?
