This error may be due to an Antivirus program. To clear this error, temporarily disable any Antivirus or security software that may block downloads and then retry the download.
If you continue to experience issue, you can use the manual download by closing the Download Agent and clicking on "If you experience problems using the Download Agent, try manual download" on the web page. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the manual downloads.
