Problem connecting to the MATLAB compute

I'm doing the Image Processing Onramp course. When I hit the submit button for Task 2 in Chapter 2 i.e. 2.2: Grayscale and Color Images, I get an error that says, "There was a problem connecting to the MATLAB compute." My internet connection is good. This problem persists. Kindly help me out with this.
