Transfer functions in the App Designer

Hi.

I want to create an application in the AppDesigner that serves to automatically generate a transfer function, simply by entering the values of the numerator and denominator on the screen. But, I can't find any information or documentation to guide me in the programming syntax.

Is it possible to make an application like this in the appdesigner and how can I do it?
