help with cubic spline interpolation

Hello, i have these data points and want to do a cubic spline interpolation with a not-a-not contition, But i do not understand how i get matlab to do so, please help.
y=[373,484,635,798,975,1085,1104,996,841,682,523,394,373];
x=[1,32,59,90,120,151,181,212,243,273,304,334,364];
