Numerical values from finite element displacement plot?

I was able to generate a mesh within the pdetool. I subjected forces to a plate with a center hole. Can numerical stress values be obtained in addition to the physical plots depicting displacement?

yes, from the strain displacement relationship. Then convert strain to stress using material properties
