Likelihood decision in viterbi decoding- matlab

Hi guys, Im trying to implement Viterbi Decoder in matlab by using Likelihood decision, how can I do that in matlab?

is there any already built libraries in matlab that I can use them?

in my case the param of con. encoder is K=7, r=1/2.
