RSLinx OPC Connection: Unable to browse directory in OPC Data Access Explorer

I have been trying to establish a connection using Rockwell RSLinx software as OPC Server. I did the configuration as explained in OPC Toolbox guide and documentation. I seem to be able to read or write data if I add the tags manually, but I am not able to browse the directory.

As suggested in Install a Server for OPC Toolbox Examples, I have tried the 'opcregister('-silent')' function.

opcregister('-silent')

However the installation fails.
