plotting xyz direction as legend

I am doing a 3d mesh plot, and beside those plot I want to have a figure showing the xyz direction like the following attachement. But I could not find any code that does that.

Look for the text function.

You cannot directly set a legend the way you want, but with this function you will be able to write text at specific coordinates in your axe.
