calling a surface fit to a GUI

how i can call a fit to a GUI from a given Adress, cuz i am using this code fit39 = evalin('base','fit39'); which call it from the work space, but i need the GUI to Stand Alone with out the Matlab, can any one help ? Thx in Advance
