Region of Interest (ROI) based

hi can any one tell me there is any function in which after apply roi the output shows the original value of image in mask area...

You can get the values using the createMask method of any imroi object.

This will give you the pixel values in the mask (where the mask is true):

pixelValues = grayImage(mask);
