coefiecent of time dependent in pdepe solver

Hello

I am using pdepe solver to solve DC conduction equation. This is my equation; 1/r * ∂/∂r [r*σ* ∂V/∂r]=∂ρ/∂t

can i make c=0 ( c is the coeffiecent of the time dependent term in pdepe solver)?

You should ake c a very small number like 10^-50.
