Automatically building a Simulink Model from Electrical Schematics

Trying to figure out a way to take two schematics (a baseline and the baseline schematic with changes added), find the differences between two (CAD or PDF) schematics (and wiring lists if they add any value to overall understanding) or two pdf schematics (which are scanned in manually, and aren't necessarily centered on the sheets as a result), to then automatically generate Simulink model(s) directly or even break down a schematic into logic to then automatically generate Simulink model(s)?
