Image Analysis of porous Asphalt mixture grouted with cement slurry - Matlab

I want to perform the image analysis of porous asphalt mixtures that have been grouted with cement slurry. I sliced the samples and need to see the distribution of cement slurry and voids.

Can someone please provide relevant data and the process in Matlab
