how I can plot ?

y=0.5*ln(pi*e), where e is exp^1

What is there to plot? Everything on the right hand side is a constant, so it is a single value:
>> y=0.5*log(pi*exp(1))
y =
1.0724

x = linspace(0, 10);
y = 0.5*log(pi*exp(x));
plot(x, y)

What is that feature next to your answer: Ran in: 2020b? Is it some special feature in the text editor?
