Quiver for geobasemap and geoscatter

Hello everyone,

Does anyone knows how to plott arrows on a map created by using geobasemap(´topographic') and geoscatter?

The functions geobasemap and geoscatter plot into the geographic axes. But the quiver function cannot plot into the geographic axes. Instead, you may use the annotation function to plot arrows on the geographic axes. You may also find a similar explanation here in the “Comments” section.
