If your task is to find the frames that were represented as key frames in the encoded video, then you will have a lot of effort to do that in MATLAB.

First we need to establish what your task is.

You have posted in another thread in which the goal was to analyze data arrays in order to determine which of the data arrays would be good to use as key frames.

Some people, though, are given the task of examining an existing video file in order to determine which frames in the video file were stored as "I" frames (the "key frames"). That is a quite different task.
