Worksheet Assignment!!! Beginner

Hey guys, I would really appreciate your help. I thought I pretty much understood what's going on in class, however now when I'm face to face with my assignment, I've starting panicking as I have no idea where to start. As a beginner, you would likely benefit by going through MATLAB Onramp. That will give you enough of a foundation to make an attempt at the problem.
