Model/Simulation of Drug Release in Graphical SimBio Interface

How can I model drug release using standard equations (e.g., Standard zero/first/second order, Higuchi, Korsemeyer-Peppas) using the graphical interface?
I would like to use the equations to describe how drug moves from a drug reservoir compartment into a compartment represting bulk solution, and then fit experimental data to get drug release parameters.
Thanks!

Hi Greg,
we have released video tutorials which cover different topics including model building:
Using these concepts you will be able to build any model based on ordinary differential equations.

Thank you, Jérémy, these are indeed very helpful tutorials!
Can you comment on instances where time is present in the ODE? For example, some published equations model the amount of drug released as a function of t^1/2 which give ODES of the form dx/dt = 1/2 t^( -1/2).
Best,
Greg

Hi Greg,
you can use the keyword time in SimBiology to define your own reaction rates. You can also use it in any other construct like event trigger or repeated assignments to define time-dependent algebraic equations.
