How to use sparco dataset for Lasso (Lasso regression) problem?

I found a Data set for lasso problem called "Sparco: A Testing Framework for Sparse Reconstruction".

In the material, they said Sparco is implemented entirely in Matlab, and is released as open-source software under the GNU Public License but I did not know how to open and use the resources. They said The gateway routine generateProblem searches this directory in order to instantiate a particular problem, or to generate a list of valid problem identifiers, but when I use the command generateProblem, there is nothing happen. Can you help me to use this resource?
