Input to keyboard with no key press

I'm doing some research on Brain Computer Interface. In that regard I need MATLAB to make an input to the keyboard. MATLAB should for example press the 'left arrow'-button without me pressing the key - is there a function in MATLAB to do so or a toolbox? Please help me! Kind regards Sabrina
