HVAC matlab and Simulink Code

I need matlab and simulink code for a final year college project. I have completed a thermal model of a house and want to add HVAC to it.

Do you implement your thermal model in Simulnk or as codes? AND HVAC is Abbreviation of High Voltage AC?
