Blackjack: I want to know how to get new cards and keep the old ones every time I hit the HIT button

Hello,

I was trying to make a simple blackjack gui that only utilize stand and hit option. One of my problem was whenever i click the hit button, new card replaces the old one and the old values gets erase from the total points. I heard that using set(handles.) works in this situation, but I can't seem to understand its functionality within the code. if you have any other suggestions, can you please post them down below?

Below are the current state of the game. It was pretty simple since it's my first time using the app designer.
