Positive vs Negative Delay

Hello,

I would like to create a positive delay block (place confirmation delay on a TRUE signal) and a negative delay (place confirmation delay on False signal).

If the signal goes from TRUE to FALSE while the time delay has not been completed, the delay timer is reset.

Has anyone had experience with these blocks in Simulink? I've seen a few time delay standard Simulink blocks that could do that trick but it'll take a bit of work.
