solving Regression form of second order ode's

Dear all,
I have an equation in matrix form composed of two second order ODE's. I have converted it in Regression form to find out the vector of my unknown parameters. It is an underdetermined system. How do i use any matlab tools to this case to get my unknown parameters? How can i also test goodness of fit?
