Load the fields of a structure

I have a structure A.params.data

ans =

    r: [1x1 Simulink.Parameter]
    s: [1x1 Simulink.Parameter]

I want to load the r and s to the workspace. Or any fields under A.params.data. I tried load('A.mat','data'), but Variable data not found.
