How to use Train function?

The main question with me now is what kind of inputs should I pass into Train function.

The purpose of using NN is to a model to predict the output when certain inputs are inserted.

I have a set of inputs and corresponding outputs. For example: variable A,B,C,D are the inputs whereas variable 1,2 are the outputs.

Should i use A,B,C,D as inputs and 1,2 as target? Train(net, inputs, outputs) ?
