Inserting User defined Neural network function in PID simulink.

Hi.
I've created neural network manualy (User defined function: DL).
this neural network has 6 inputs & 6 outputs (FORCE).
I have PID simulink (quarter_car_sim).
I want to put my neural network (DL) inside PID simulink (quarter_car_sim) as (user function), but MY function (DL) requirs 6 inputs, and PID has only one.
How to apply it?
