Convert each cell to 4D

How to convert each cell to 4D? As in the form 11x6000x1x830 for the 1st cell and likewise for the rest.

The best method to do this might depend on how generalizable you need this to be to other cell arrays (with different internal array sizes), but this will work for your cell array:

c2 = cellfun(@(x)reshape(x,11,6000,1,[]),c,'UniformOutput',false);

where c is your input cell array.
