Viterbi decoder block in simulink not working

I am trying to design a HDL compatible baseband in simulink with bi phase L encoding, convolutional encoder and qpsk modulation. the transmitter side is complete but on the receiver side, the viterbi decoder is not working. Can anyone plz take a look at the attached model and help me. what am i doing wrong?
