I need to know how to change the resistance value with time in permanent magnet synchronous machine block during simulation in simulink.

I do not think this can be easily done. Changing the resistance with time might make this model unstable. One thing that can be done is to use a PMSM with thermal connections from the Simscape technology and vary the temperature. Then the stator resistance will change with the stator temperature over time.
