Hi, I was trying to install add-on of Simulink Support Package for Parrot Minidrones, and this error popped up for all the add-ons I tried to install after that too. Kindly look into the matter, thankyou.

I tried doing it, I was able to download parrotio.mlpkginstall, but the same error pops up when I try to initiate it (by trying to open the file while navigating in matlab) .

Hello,
When installing a support package, this error message is typically caused by a connection error, a permissions related issue, or a corrupted install. You may try the following steps to resolve the issue:
  • Please attempt to resolve the error by starting MATLAB with elevated privileges to resolve any permissions issues.
  • You may try an offline installation of the support package; an offline installation may bypass any connection errors. For information on performing an offline installation, please refer to the following article:
  • You may perform a clean installation of the support packages. To do this, follow these steps:
If the issue still persists, you may contact Contact Support.
